Angie Gorenc M.Ed., RP

Are you feeling stuck? Feeling stressed, sad, hopeless, anxious, afraid, or irritable? I'd like to help. Every individual has a unique set of skills and coping strategies that has helped them get through life.  Sometimes those exact strategies get in the way of leading the life you want to live. I'd like to help you unpack some of the thoughts, behaviours, and patterns that have brought you to this point. With compassion and curiosity change can happen.  I use a variety of strategies from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT),  Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (SP) and Mindfulness to inform my practice.  I am a Registered Psychotherapist with a Master's Degree in Counselling Psychology. I have been fortunate to be working in the field of mental health for over 14 years. Give me a call and let's see if I can be of help to you.
